[Elecraft] Elecraft K2 S/n O1432 Knobs..! (Or The Lack Of Them...) and Transistor Question..

Hi Again Guy's....

This is a re-post...since the reflector "seemed" to be down for me here, in
the last 2 days,...and don't see my previous "plea" comin'
through with the new messages....Sorry..! For The Extra Bandwidth..!!

Please...can someone let me know (if y'all can remember..!)

What "bag" is the K2's "Control Knob" "covers" in..??  Ye know the black
covers that have the "white stripe" on them....

That is...WHEN you buy a new kit direct from Elecraft...as apposed to a 2nd
hand one from someone who has "moved around" the bags.

Also, ....tonight, I reached the point on the "Front Panel" board, that asks
for the 2x2222n transistors to be installed, just before the microphone
switch section....Can You Believe It.......  I don't have the correct parts
for this section in my  "Front Panel" "zip-lock" bag..!!  and don't know
wether to ask "The Bhoys" at Elecraft, if they would ship a couple over, or
not,...as the kit is nearly 4 years old,....I CAN get them I suppose,
mail order,...but its totally impossible for me to get out for them locally,
with the physical situation here...what-to-do..?

As for the "Control Knob" covers etc....I can't find them anywhere...
