Joe,
You do not mention if the tuner gets the match to SWR 1:1.  If it gets it to
1.8:1 or less you do not need any other balun, the bead RF choke is doing
fine, (especially if you do not have RF on the metal case).  If you want to
improve the matching, add quarter wave of wire to ground of the radio and
see what the tuner does.

The zip cord may be anything from 70 odd ohms to 110 ohms?? depending on the
diameter of the wires, thickness and type of insulation fo the zip cord,
etc. Height of course plays a role.  So you do not need a 4:1 balun most
likely, unless you are tuning a band far removed from the dipole half
wavelength.
