[Elecraft] Just worked Wayne from Lorain OHio

10 meter contact.  He was on 10 watts on a random wire at one point and =
then on a 20 meter dipole the other time.  Had him pretty good for band =
conditions.=20

I used 50 watts initially, went to 100 watts one exchange and then down =
to 20 watts for a couple and finished with 40 watts. I used the Carolina =
Windom Special that is only 66 feet of wire up at 55 feet
