63/37 solder has no plastic state (that is what 'eutectic' means)
Eutectic is really the lowest possible melting temperature from an alloy or
particular mixture of the same ingredients. I haven't found anything related
to plasticity although that may follow. This was applied to typesetting
metals many years ago with a mixture of lead, tin, and antimony.
