[Elecraft] DSP noise solution unlock during transmit? Was Re: sigmoidal keying mod

Perhaps the answer would be to "freeze" the DSP in place while
transmitting, rather than letting it "digest" silence for the baud.
Likely the dynamic parameters to solve the noise for the time just
before the baud are a better guess than those derived from silence for
the time right after the baud. Perhaps the program would need to go
into a state where the solution parameters are held for the onset of
receive, rather than allowed to decay.
