[Elecraft] Great idea to hold ground wires

I perfected this great technique trying to hold the grounding wires on the
tops of the crystals while trying to solder them quickly.

Underneath the circuit board, I put a piece of the black foam material that
holds the IC's safely before their use.  Put a grounding wire through its
hole the circuit board and it will stay in place, because now it will be
held by this piece of black foam material!

Isn't that brillant!
