If I understand correctly, this is also related to leading-edge noises. 
    I don't seem to have this problem.  I did replace the J310's with 
J309's a long time ago in an attempt to reduce the clickyness when t-r = 
0 with the version 1 firmware.  What bothers me is a burst of noise when 
the rx unmutes.
