Even a dipole hung under the eaves of a house, even if it has to bend on the
two ends would be more efficient than the Isotron.

There are plenty of stealthy antenna solutions.  Hang a full size inverted
Vee from the highest limbs of a large tree for the lowest band of interest,
feed with ladder line to a tuner, use an external balun from Van Gorden
(4:1) if you are concerned about internal baluns, and it will tune up well
for multi bands coverage.

As stated the Isotron works out as a capacitor and Large inductor tuned
circuit with a little radiation, plus whatever flows back over the outside
of the coax shield.
