Wow we just set a new record for check ins. With the help of those
monster KX1s in MO and NY we had a great net. It was just like in the
contests: everyone was giving me a 5NN :) Only this evening I think it
was true. 40 meters was mostly noise free and the signals were just
booming in to the Coast Range of Oregon. There were 10 check ins this
evening for a total of 27 for the day. Great job folks! I did turn my
keyer up a might so I made fewer mistakes.

The list:

WA2SI - Bert - NY - K1 - 1337
AA3WF - Mychael - PA - K2 - 1025 Still booming in as I type.
N0SS - Tom - MO - K2 - 008
KL7V/5 - Sam - OK - K2 - 3158
N7NLU - Karl - OR - K1 - 1663
AB9V - Mike - IN - K2 - 3993
AH6RE - Curtis - HI - ? - ?
K5PU - Mike - TX - K2 - 2602
W0MFQ - Tom - MO - KX1 - 307 Another smoking KX1. Linear???
N2YC - John - NY - KX1 - 336 I swear this KX1 is on steroids!!

Quite the catch for the evening. When I sent to closing dits it was quite
interesting hearing them reply all across the country! Thanks guys for
making this so much fun. I swear one day I'll get good at this :) Any
errors in the above list are mine. Please correct me in an email and I'll
post the correction after I fix my database. Also please view the website
over the course of time and I hope to get the spreadsheet up there in some
way shape or form.
    73,
Kevin. KD5ONS (Net Control Operator 5th Class).
