Criticize Art all you want, but I don't see ANY coverage of the BPL threat
on the standard media, and you have to crawl before you walk.. You may take
exception with the content of Art's show, but it is entertainment, which by
definition is perverse, and it does offer some occasional substance. Art is
a real ham, and has the best intentions for the hobby at heart,
non-withstanding the commercialism. I'm sure the interest level of the
show's normal listeners was at an all time low regarding this subject - hard
to sell soap (or Youth Pills) talking about RFI.....
To get a conservative organization like the ARRL to vent it's frustration on
his show is an indicator of the sorry state of consumer affairs in this
country.
Did you listen to the broadcast ?
