[Elecraft] Firmware 2.04P / 1.09 vs. KPA100/KAT100 in EC2 problem

I have a K2 with Kat2/KIO/160m/KNB2/KBT2 and a KAT100/KPA100 in EC2.
Previous firmware versions has been 2.03d and 1.07.
All working w/o problems.

Just changed firmwares to 2.04p / 1.09, made the cw key mod.

Switched K2 on, heard signals on 40 m and tuned the KAT100.
Normal tuning process, good swr.

But no more receiption of signals.

K2 w/o KPA100 and KAT100 is working normal. (Rx / tx)

Any ideas ?
