[Elecraft] KX1 Parts Inventory Question

A question for KX1 builders, copied to the good folks at Aptos. But it 
*is* the weekend  :^))  so the KX1 gang might be the "first responders"  
....

I'm just finishing up inventory for  KX1 #533 that I'm going to build for
a local op. All parts present and accounted for, but a clarification
needed...

C27 (150 pf), C46 (470 pF), C47 (220 pF), C48 (1000 pF) and C49 (1000 pF)
are specified to be 0.1" lead spacing. The supplied parts appear to have
started out as 0.1" spaced, but have been preformed to 0.2" spacing.

Are these in fact the intended parts, and I should just carefully reform
the leads?

Now, about C45 (68 pF 0.2" spacing) and C56 (68 pF 0.1" spacing). The
pictorial Fig 13 shows C56 as a light green epoxy dipped part. I have a
blue epoxy dipped 68 pF cap that has leads preformed to 0.1" spacing. But
the other 68 pF part I have is a ceramic disk NP0 part also with 0.1"
spacing.

Which one goes which place? Reform the ceramic disk to 0.2" for C45?
