[Elecraft] question on spot tone

Hello,
Tonight I was using Baudline on Linux to view and set my filters.
(Baudline is just the Linux equivelent of Spectrogram.) Anyhow, my filters
for CW are now set as pitch perfect as they have ever been and I am happy
about that.
But, somehow in the process my spot tone got moved from 60 to about
1600. The weird part part is that I have PF2 set for spot tone and it still
gives the 600 Hz tone. When I press spot I get about a 1600 Hz tone. Using
the menu to check it, it is still set to .60.
My "Plan A" at the moment is to write down all my BFO and Filter setting
as well as all the other settings and then do a complete reset.
My "Plan B" is to just enjoy how perfectly set the pitch of my filters
is and use PF2 when I need to "spot".
Has anyone else been in this pickle? any suggestions for a "Plan C" ?
