(Relating to an earlier post regarding RFI in the form of PC speaker 'hum'
when I xmit on 20 mtrs)

Just a followup. This was bugging me so I did some 'tweeking' today.

The dipole now exhibits a <1.5 SWR in the 'mid CW' segment of the 80/40/20
mtr bands. Since I want to use this dipole for CW I still have some work to
do on 15/10. They're currently resonant in the phone segment (and the Sigma
GT-5 is my WARC/SSB ant).

Anyway, FB... the problem with my PC speakers 'humming' when I xmit on 20 is
now gone. The 40 mtr touch lamp remote 'on/off switch' (HI) & rcvr 'ignition
noise' remains but that's the lamp and easily remedied (unplug it).

Doin the happy feet dance!
