I have a somewhat similar situation here.
I'm in my garage, with a single 2 inch diameter hole in the wall to
pass everything through.  I have 450 ohm Window line,
300 ohm TV twinlead, RG58 coax and rotator cable, all passing
through the same hole.  No problems that I can attribute to this.
I make a point of fanning the various leads away from each other
on both sides of the wall to minimize any potential coupling.
So far, working fine here.
