[Elecraft] Re: sigmoidal keying mod

The rise and fall times are 4 to 5 ms with the mod, and there most definitely
should not be any artifacts ("whoose" or otherwise). The keying should not be
mushy in the slightest. We tested the mod on-air with about a dozen very
critical listeners, so I have to assume something else is going on.

Please contact Gary so he can help troubleshoot this. Also note that you must
use the new firmware, 2.04P or later, if you have the hardware mods installed.
