[Elecraft] Soldering din plugs?

It is almost impossible to avoid melting the plastic header in DIN plugs
when soldering the pins properly. One trick is to simply insert the plug
into a mating DIN socket before soldering. This will hold the pins in
alignment, even as the plastic is softened. Don't use the jack on the back
of the radio, however. Instead, spend the dollar and get the mating jack.
