[Elecraft] K2 #4115 has a home

Had a curious episode last night.  I made it to the end of Assembly Part 
2.  Visual inspection seemed OK.  All resistance checks looked OK 
except U4 pin 16 read about 470 ohms to ground.  Bad feeling.  Check U5 
pin 8, it reads >2k.  Check U4 again, now it reads >2k.  By this time 
it's late and I'm tired so I hang it up for the night.

This morning it checks OK.  I can't duplicate that one low reading.  
That worries me a bit.
