[Elecraft] EQP report

I had to work around social engagements and non-negotiable weed-pulling in the
front yard, but I managed to make a healty number of EQP QSOs, on 40, 20, 15,
and 10 meters. Many stations were quite strong, even some running QRP, but
overall I'd say conditions were not great. On top of that I had awful QRN here,
although the KDSP2 helped a lot with this.

The highlight was working JK7UST/QRP (using a K1) on 15 meters.
