[Elecraft] KX1 Trouble

Built KX1, no trouble: ~4W out on 2 bands
Built and installed KXAT1, no trouble
Built and installed KXB30
     All alignment steps worked fine -- but
     0.5W out on 40M
     0.5W out on 30M
     4.0W out on 20M
Any suggestions as to where to start?
