I also keep both the straight key and the squeeze paddles hooked up. But, I
don't use the SK for the telegraphers zero when sending iambic, but when
using the SK for QRS, I often use the paddle for the ........ (Way too
often<g>!).

My SK has the diodes in the jack shell, and both it and the paddles plug
into a stereo headphones 2x1 adapter on the back of the rig.
