[Elecraft] KPA 100 - KIO2 not working...

Good news, the shot in the dark was spot on!!

After switching off the high current supply overnight everything worked 
automagically this morning!! This must have been a software problem, as I did 
not touch the hardware. All 3 problems, incl. the power scaling were solved.

Tnx everyone for the pointers... I can now control K2#1043 from tlf, and use 
it for contesting !

Interesting is, that all parameters were set the right way all the time. It 
just did not work... Guess the MC on the KPA 100 and the MCU on the control 
board were partially in some undefined state, everything else seemed to work 
normally...
