Dave:  sounds like you've got something wrong in the audio portion of=20
the KPA100 board.  All it does is bring sound from the audio jack in=20
the K2 to the speaker in the KPA100, so there is very, very little=20
circuitry involved. Check it out.  Is the plug wired properly, does it=20=

connect to the jack in the K2 properly, are the speaker wires shorted,=20=

connected properly, etc.?
