This is very similar to the RS-35.
What you may have is a problem with current/voltage fold-back. When you
draw to much current or if the voltage is to high then the protection
circuit shuts down the output. This could be caused by a high =
resistance
connection (cold solder joint) that is making the circuit see the wrong
voltage and thus think it is to high. The High current senses the =
voltage
difference between pins CL and CS (as I remember) and shuts down the =
output.
Thus if one (more) of the .1 ohm resistors are bad or have a high =
resistance
connection - there goes your output power. Down load the data sheet for =
the
723 (or whichever is used in the PS35, I am pretty sure it's the 723) =
and
the data sheet will give you more insight.
