[Elecraft] TX audio processor

Jean-Francois,

This exact processor is already employed in the KSB2 SSB option for the 
K2,  which permits three levels of compression, plus the ability to turn 
the compressor off. The processor also contains a noise-gate as well as 
the compressor.
