[Elecraft] Resistance checks

Hi all I just completed the control board last night. 
8.5 hrs to build. look at part, verify part, install
part verify again, then solder then check solder. 
HI HI anyhow.
I did the resistance checks as perscribed in the
manual
Everything is ok but U6 pin 13 and 14 greater than
100k
well its only 85k any ideas before I dig in? The only
reference that I could locate in the builders resource
was to resistance checks with an analog meter I am
using a fluke digital little older but ok
