TLF does, using hamlib for the radio interface.  I haven't yet
interfaced my K2 with my computer, so I don't know how complete the
support for a K2 is implemented in hamlib.  If there are any other
logging programs using hamlib, they should also support a large variety
of radios.  Links to these can be found at <http://radio.linux.org.au>.
