[Elecraft] Eurasian ECN 40m Errata

Due to band conditions and one way propagation I was unable to copy PA0RBO
and LA3ZA so in true ECN style Sverre and Robert worked each other. I will
have to work on getting stations to relay for me.....here is their E/A ECN
QSO information

PA0RBO 599 Robert K2 2406 18:54 - 19:01
LA3ZA 559 Sverre K2 2189 18:54 - 19:01

Thanks to Svere for contacting me and letting me know about the contact. If
there were any other E/A ECN contacts between stations last night please let
me know.
