[Elecraft] K2/100 calibration, RF cycling

	I am in the process of installing the 100 watt amp, and when I get to the 
area where I set the power level for 20 watts, on 40 meters, the K2 RF 
power level will set there and go on for 2 seconds, off for 2 seconds. No 
hi current display, no vswr. VSWR circuit nulled perfectly. Using a bird 
dummy load. Yet if I bring the power level up 80 or 100 watts, the power 
holds fine. Any ideas?
