FW: [Elecraft] K2 is break-in only on CW??

The breakin delay can be adjusted up to 2.5 seconds. That's pretty much
plenty for "hanging" the rig in Tx mode between words. I personally like the
delay at naught, so I can hear who's walking on me, if the other op has a
dididahdahdidit, or I'm walking on someone else. You may have different
preferences or downstream equipments needs tho.
