[Elecraft] XG1 - U2 orientation

I'm just finishing off my XG1 test oscillator (warmup for my K2).

The instructions state: "When U2 is correctly installed, its labelled
side will face U1".

My U2 is labelled on both sides. One side is labelled in silver letters
on the black plastic (rather difficult to read). The other side is
painted silver with black lettering. The silver side has rounded
corners. The black side has square corners.

Which way does it go?
