[Elecraft] New K2 fixed

I'm probably preaching to the converted here, but just a quick word to
praise the help of Gary in the Elecraft support section.

My new K2 was very weak on RX, had a high current drain on RX and the 8VR
line was only dropping to 0.6V on TX.

After a weeks worth of e-mails Gary pin-pointed the problem to short at Q22
on the RF board. After removing the part, cleaning off the excess solder and
re-installing the RX came to life and the voltage/current problems have been
rectified.

I'd never of picked this myself in a month of Sundays.

Thanks to Gary I'm now looking forward to getting back on air and building a
few options..
