[Elecraft] Help: KPA100 failure

Are the PA transistor mounting screws tight? They are supposed to be
tightened after several hours of operation following the original
construction.

i need some advice, where to search first for an error in 
my KPA100 an KAT100.
The rig worked fine for about 1 year before.

Power less than 10W (qrp-mode): everything ok

power more than 10w: in tune mode no LED in the SWR-Band of 
the KPA100 is lightning, the display of the k2 shows the 
pwr (20w) on the left side. Normal SWR-Display on the right 
side is not visible. a very short time (abt 2 sec.) after 
starting to tune, the display shows "pa hot" or "hi refl". 
trying to disable the pa in the menu shows me "PA --". But 
defintly: The PA is connected. After resetting everything 
by switching the power of, everything in qrp-mode is normal 
and the Menu shows "PA on" until next tune.

Any idea???
