Nice work, Mike.

I went for a short hike (about 2 miles) and worked three stations in 
the WPX -- using the KX1 handheld with the Maldol whip, and trailing 
ground wire, at 2 watts  ;)   If you haven't tried this, you don't know 
what you're missing. (To be specific, fresh air, the challenge of a 
short antenna, exercise, etc.)
