[Elecraft] RE: jumpers across R18 adn R19

I must not hve the latest version of K2 manual ( Revision E , Feb , 16,2003) but again I need some more detail explanation as to the Jumper that is install on the bottom of the control board at the J1 and J2 area which I understand is part of the audio upgrade after testing the basic K2.  Do these jumpers extend down as the ground jumpers on the top side , right and left , 5 mm or so ?  I dont see any drawings to the effect but assume they are done the same way across the R18 and 19 outline but just cut.   Thanks for the help.....
