[Elecraft] KX1 - help required

Hello Elecrafters,

I seem to have a problem with my KX1 #51. I wonder can anyone help?

When tuning I noticed the power output significantly lower than usual, 
so I connected my little PM20 Power Meter to check it. Surprisingly the 
meter showed a reading of one watt on switching on the KX1 (in receive 
mode!).
In transmit the meter showed about 4 watts.
What could be wrong if there is power out even in receive?!

Can anyone enlighten me?
