Saturday evening brings us to another ECN announcement. Weather here in
Oregon has been a lot warmer than our normal gray, rainy, 60 degree days.
Sunshine and near 90s. The sun has also sprouted a few spots. The
sunspot number sits at 165 as I write this with some X-Class flares
spurting out of a few of them. As far as I know none of them have hit the
Earth but that may change soon. I have read about some good DX on 20
meters but have been busy keeping my two greenhouses cooled off and the
vegetation whacked back. They have been filling our freezer nicely.

The net will be held at the normal times and frequencies:
Sunday 2300z (Sunday 4pm PDT) 14050 kHz
Monday 0200z (Sunday 7pm PDT) 7045 kHz

If you have any questions please read what has been posted on our web site
http://ecn.visionseer.com/ Thank you for the web space Dan.

Remember: ECN works folks from 1 watt to 1500 watts. No need to have an
Elecraft rig. The primary (only?) requirement is for you to have fun with
CW.

Please join us and see how the bands are working. With any luck at all
we'll go coast to coast once again on 20 meters. I hope to do the same
with 40 meters. See you tomorrow.

73,
Kevin. KD5ONS (Net Control Operator 5th Class)
