[Elecraft] July updates to K2 mods list

The K2 unofficial modifications list on www.qsl.net/la3za/K2/mod.html
has been updated with:

- RF filtering for microphone input of KSB2 for removing RFI
- Separation of PTT and key's dot line
- Various solutions for fixed level audio output
- Reduction of audio thump/click when keying
- Tune mode issue with antenna tuners and K60XV
- Computer interface for PSK31 completely inside K2
