Hi Brent,

  I'd like to see it catch on, but it seems to be slow in doing so.  I'm not
sure I'll be paying the ARRL any $$ to grant me certification for an award,
but conceptually I think it makes sense.  I think a large number of hams are
also on the internet so it seems a good match.

I seem to notice a lot of lotw activity after major contests, I think the
guys using programs to log the contests find it a simple matter to upload to
lotw.
