Thanks.  I definitely will inspect more thoroughly.  I do not expect 
anything major as I have made contacts on each band with it so far and 
never really had any thing to gripe about, although I might change the 
tuning range back to the short range for better fine tuning ability. 
This will involve one cap and one crystal right? I have 40,30,20,15 and 
think that I would need the 18.100 vice 18.000 crystal as well as the cap.

As funds become available, I will build a KX1 and K2 myself, after all, 
its half the fun, right!
