Thanks Don, I had just made up my mind to redo the whole of Alignment and
Test, Part II. The first pass was interrupted as Gary had to help me through
a problem with the PLL. I had trouble getting the control voltage up, and
ended up having to add a turn to T5 (that brought it up a lot), and add a
10pf capacitor across C72(that fixed it). I was then able to shift the whole
package a bit to get all the bands within limits.

Anyhow, to make a long story short, this is a great time to do a reset.
