[Elecraft] Strange KNB2 Behavior

I've had that happen but only very rarely - and - once it happens, toggling
Hi/Lo does not turn the NR off on the DSP.  Like you, I have to go to the
"menu" and turn it off.  Could be that changing the value of R6 on the
Control Board as was suggested to Ron ZL1TW as a solution to another problem
(feature?) would possibly be a solution (defeat this feature) to this one
