[Elecraft] Location of black nylon shoulder washers for K2 #4013

Mine were missing too... got a note from Scott 6 days ago saying they were
in the mail but still not here.    So.... being a junk-box junkie, I dug
around and found a set in an old CB that did the trick.   Made the first
contact this evening.  Still haven't put the top cover on though.   (Can't
seem to get the head-phones off and my finger is stuck to the tuning knob!)
