[Elecraft] Elecraft CW Net proposal

Hi Kevin:

I propose the following QNI text.. or something similar:

   NCS: ECN DE (call) QNI QTC? K

   Opr: S

   NCS: S

   Ops: DE N0SS TOM MO K2 008 QNI QRU K

   NCS: N0SS K2 008 TU TOM  NEXT? ECN K

It's a bit longer than present, but I think it'll give more info which 
might be interest to those on the net. Especially for those who might be 
hunting Elecraft WAS or something.

For those of you who DO (or WILL) check into the net(s), PLEASE send your 
comments on this to Kevin, so he'll get some feedback. If it's a bad, idea, 
PLEASE tell him (me). We're trying to make the ECN a bit more 'interesting' 
without having it last too long into the night... the bands DO change all 
too rapidly.
