[Elecraft] First "Hot" test on K2 serial #4028

	I powered the little rig up and got INF201 and that was it. No 7100c. I
powered the rig off and back on, Nothing blank screen. I checked 5V and 8V
and they are fine (5.14 and 8.03). I checked total current drawn by the rig
48 to 49 ma. Touch test no warm components. Anybody else seen this?
