[Elecraft] K2 Transmitter Alignment

Thanks to Tom and Don for encouraging tips to get output on 20/30m

In the LPF stage where all relays plus L18, L19,L20 have been removed, it's
easy to check that C197,199,201,203 are not shorted to ground.  Probes
across C198,200,202 confirm they are not shorted.  All C values are correct
and installed with no solder bridges.  I would declare 20/30m LPF is not the
problem.

In the BPF stage where K4 has been removed it is easy to check that no
capacitors are shorted to ground.  Probes across C20,22,24 confirm they are
not shorted.  C22 in my kit was a 2.7 puff, not 3.3 as on the schematic.
All C values are correct and installed with no solder bridges.  C21 & C23
bodies had a red dot, so they should be ok at 50puff.  Only thing I can't
check is L8 and L9 which are of type TI005.  Or maybe I can check if I knew
how.  Any ideas?
