The hysteria is all about the millions of tons of electronics products =
ending up in land fills and it's not entirely unfounded.  I wouldn't =
feel bad about making a K2 with tin/lead so now probably wouldn't be a =
bad time to pick up a lifetime supply of your favorite solder.  A pound =
per decade seems to be enough for me.
