[Elecraft] Excelite cutters

Quality cutters will not bend like that...They might chip, but not
bend...It seems to me that these cutters were not properly heat
treated...Perhaps a batch of them slipped past final inspection...In my
experience with tools, in both the electronics and automotive industries,
I don't rate Excelite "top of the line"...Just my opinion...To overcome
"scissoring" when cutters wear, some manufacturers use box joints at the
pivot...My cutters are all made by Utica and Snapon...Old, but still
working well...
