[Elecraft] Phones jack problem

While tweaking my K2/100 today (I needed to tighten the PA transistor
screws and wanted to peak the IF filter) I had a test cable plugged into
the phones jack so I could look at the audio on the scope/DVM on my
service monitor. I also wanted to calibrate the S-meter (which is spot
on now - 50 uv = S9 and increases in 10 db steps each light one more LED
segment). At some point - I realized that audio was also coming out of
the speaker on the radio. I may have bumped the plug inserted in the
jack with my have and pranged it - or maybe I changed some menu setting?
But I don't see one that would do that. Did I miss something?
