Hi, Don,

No, don't think I did any twisting.  Just rested the cutters on the =
board and cut.

I was working concurrently on the SSB board which is heavily populated =
when I noticed the problem.  I couldn't snip using the tips from a =
slightly elevated angle.  Looked at them under the magnifier and saw the =
rolled left tip.

I know if I was Xcelite and got these back, they'd say I tried to hack =
through a car battery cable with them.  But I know differently.

I'll let you know what happens when I return them.
